Extraordinary Ventures, Inc. is a not-for-profit corporation that was established in 2007 to provide employment and social opportunities for people with developmental disabilities 15 years of age and above.

EV seeks to accomplish our mission by providing a 3,000 square foot affordable, high quality conference center in the heart of Chapel Hill, NC.

Extraordinary Ventures, Inc. fills several unmet needs in our community:

• Quality job opportunities for people who need accommodations and modifications to be successful in mainstream employment.
• Providing informal and structured social opportunities to high school students and adults with developmental disabilities.
• Offering services (e.g. conference center and office space) to local businesses and community members.
