Extraordinary Ventures is proud to host the third annual EV Spectrum Skills Camp in June of 2014. The camp consists of five days of activities for a group of young men and women with autism and other developmental disabilities. Basketball is a primary focus of the camp with arts & crafts, field trips and socializing providing a balance to the physical activity.
The 2014 EV Spectrum Skills Camp will take place from June 23 to June 27.
The final day of camp will include a scrimmage at Carmichael Arena and an awards ceremony in EV’s Great Hall.

Important information about the 2014 Spectrum Skills Camp:
Drop-off will be from 9-9:30 and pick-up will be from 2-2:30 everyday. The majority of the activities will take place at Extraordinary Ventures with a few field trips throughout the week. We will have basketball drills in the morning followed by crafts and lunch. After lunch each day we will have a special activity such as a field trip, movie and water games. We will be sending out a more detailed schedule closer to the camp.
We will have a team of trained volunteers to provide personal support and supervision for all campers throughout the entirety of the camp week. Our volunteers are so excited to be apart of the camp and they consist of local professionals including teachers, lawyers, personal trainers, EV staff and many more!
Finally, this year we are excited to announce that we will be bringing in some big names from around town that will be visiting our camp. We can’t wait to share our wonderful camp with them and show them what we are all about!
Please e-mail Stefan Hansen at email@example.com if you have any questions about the camp, scholarships or registration.
