By using this site, you signify your agreement to all terms, conditions, and notices contained or referenced herein (the “Terms of Service”). If you do not agree to these Terms of Service please do not use this site. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to update or revise these Terms of Service. Please check the Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of this site following the posting of any changes to the Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not rent or sell your personally identifiable information to anyone. However, we may disclose your information to third parties solely for the purpose of providing requested services to you. For example, dry cleaning is provided by a third party and we may share information with that party for the purpose of providing dry cleaning service to you.

We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.

SECURITY

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read while being transmitted over the internet.

LAUNDRY SERVICE DETAILS

The price per bag includes delivery
All laundry bags must be able to close securely with the drawstring. Any laundry bag that cannot be closed will be charged an overfill fee of $10.
The service can be utilized on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule.

LAUNDRY SERVICE DAMAGE & LIABILITY

Extraordinary Ventures, Inc. will use reasonable efforts to ensure that the laundry service is of the highest quality. However, Extraordinary Ventures, Inc. will not be responsible for the following:
Any clothing that bleeds, shrinks, or otherwise changes as a result of normal washing.
Any materials that require special attention. These include, but are not limited to, clothing labeled “hand wash only” or “dry clean only.” It is the customer’s responsibility to check the labels on all pieces of garments before giving them to Extraordinary Ventures, Inc.
Any personal or non-washable items, such as money or jewelry, left in the clothing or in the laundry bag itself. Extraordinary Ventures, Inc. will not check for these items but will make reasonable efforts to return such items if found.
Extraordinary Ventures, Inc. does not guarantee the removal of all stains.
Extraordinary Ventures, Inc. will not be responsible for any clothing damaged while outside of our possession. Any lost or damaged items must be reported to Extraordinary Ventures, Inc. by e-mail or mail within 5 business days upon the receipt of that particular delivery (E-mails can be sent to jacob@evnc.org or mailed to Attn: Jacob Ketterer 200 S Elliott Rd. Chapel Hill, NC 27514). Failure to do so constitutes a waiver of claim of any lost or damaged items from that particular delivery.

LAUNDRY SERVICE PAYMENT

Pre-payment is required for 1 month at a time for any customer wishing to utilize Extraordinary Ventures, Inc. laundry service. Only payment by credit card is permitted. The credit card will be charged at the beginning of every month. The customer may cancel their service between months. No refunds will be issued.

Customer agrees to promptly update Extraordinary Ventures, Inc. in the event that their credit card number or account is changed or closed.

LAUNDRY SERVICE PICKUP AND DELIVERY

When signing up for this service the customer will select a pickup day. Delivery will occur two days later. For example, pickup might happen on Mondays and delivery on Wednesdays. Extraordinary Ventures will contact the customer to arrange for a suitable time on those days. Customer will then be supplied a bag and regular service will commence.

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

You acknowledge and agree that all content and materials available on this site are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly authorized by ExtraordinaryVentures.org, you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works from such materials or content. Notwithstanding the above, you may print or download one copy of the materials or content on this site on any single computer for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. Systematic retrieval of data or other content from this site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database or directory without written permission from ExtraordinaryVentures.org is prohibited. In addition, use of the content or materials for any purpose not expressly permitted in these Terms of Service is prohibited.

As noted above, reproduction, copying, or redistribution for commercial purposes of any materials or design elements on this site is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of ExtraordinaryVentures.org.

CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of North Carolina, excluding its conflicts of law rules. ExtraordinaryVentures.org may revise our Terms of Service Agreement at any time by updating this page. Changes will be binding on the date they are posted on this page. Any use of ExtraordinaryVentures.org will be considered acceptance by you of the then-current Terms of Service. If at any time you find the Terms of Service unacceptable, you may not use the Site any longer.
